  If you want to use this clinic for spaying your dog, be aware of several factors: #1 This clinic will not perform a blood test or request a health certificate before operating on your dog. So, if she has some condition that you are not aware of, it could jeopardize your dog’s life. #2 This clinic will not care if your dog is in heat. Most veterinarians will not operate on a dog in heat because the operation becomes more difficult and it could lead to fatal complications. This clinic would rather charge you an extra $10 than tell you about its risks. #3 This clinic will push unnecessary medications and dangerous ones. They are not required by law to release the side effects of the drugs prescribed so make sure you read about them first. #4 Their customer care is terrible. They say to bring back your dog after 48 hours if she does not eat or drink anything since the surgery, but if you call in with concerns after 48 hours , they don’t suggest you to come in and take the issue very lightly. When you call the after hour emergency number, it does not answer and tells you that the box is full. When the conditions for your dog become unbearable, then they tell you to go to an emergency clinic! All these factors led my sweet 6 months old baby Savannah, a Black Mouth Cur mix, to die after suffering for 4 days till there was nothing else that anyone could do. I made the mistake of not asking many questions. I should have asked about all these details and also research about the vet that would have operated her. I thought I could trust this kind of organization. I wish I could give them 5 stars today and tell you that my dog is in great shape but unfortunately, it’s not the case. I am not the kind of person to write reviews but I feel that this is necessary to avoid more broken hearts. Thank you for reading it and good luck!
