  I agree with the previous person who commented. Cynthia McGee is very unprofessional!!! My mother in law recently a tree fall on her house from a afternoon thunderstorm. She has home owners insurance through McGee insurance. The damage happened on a Sundary so my mother in law called Sunday and left her a message to call her the following day. By 10am, Cynthia had not called her back so my mother in law called again. By the time she got of the phone with Cynthia, my mother in law so upset that she could not even function! She called me to come over and speak to the insurance company on her behalf. Cynthia McGee was so rude and unprofessional until I could hardly believe it! First of all, she lied and said she had called us back but she never did. Second of all, we couldn't get a word in edge wise and kept talking all over me. Then she told us that if we couldn't wait for her that we could call the corporate office and do it ourself. After we said that we would be canceling this policy, she told us that was ok that when we called around to check other insurance companies, she is sure we would be calling HER back apologizing! I was completely outdone by her level of professionalism. Her attitude completely stinks and I will be doing my best to file formal complaints to the fullest extint. I'm sure we are not the only one's having issues with this company and she does not need to be in business. *****PLEASE AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS*****
