- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to tell about my amazing experience with Centra Care on 46 in Sanford. I'm taking away one star because I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time before I got in to see anyone, but once I was taken back, everyone I saw from the nurses to the doctor was great. They took their time with me and Dr. Williams even went over my x-rays personally on their computer, gave me a copy on disc, then called me the next morning himself to give me results from the radiologist. It ended up I had fractured my foot and he told me to go to an orthopedist or podiatrist for follow-up, and gave me the name of a place I could go to. He even offered to help me get a quick appointment if I needed it. I ended up going to my own podiatrist who confirmed the diagnosis the next day. I was then surprised to get a follow-up call from the Centra Care nurse to see how I was doing. A great experience overall in terms of caring for the patient.
